We value...

• Unity, inclusivity, and diversity as essential keys for the strength and growth of our Convention.

• Christian Education and Discipleship as essential tools for holistic ministry.

• Financial stability and effective staff management as models of whole-life stewardship.

• Our Baptist tradition as expressed through our history and experience as the Black church.

• Our partnerships with churches across the Commonwealth of Virginia, our national bodies and other likeminded agencies.
