The new 4th quarter rates have been posted on our eDental website for the
“Dental Choice” group plan that is offered on a payroll deduction basis to our
member churches with three or more eligible employees. You can access
information including rates and enrollment materials at our custom eDental
website (see the link above).
These rates are good for October
1, November 1 and December 1, 2008 effective dates. If you church is interested
